Where to find us:
We are based in Pachmarhi - on a hill-top plateau in the central highlands of India - working on tiger preservation.

About the area:
The area offers a vast spectrum of interests and distractions to fascinate conservationist and explorer alike. Surrounded by ravines and waterfalls, we believe the area is unparalleled in India for it's beauty. Numerous walks of varying length and difficulty present breathtaking views and the more adventurous can spend days pool hopping along streams that flow through deep-cut gorges.

The abundant birdlife around the area will fascinate even the most hardened city dweller, whilst the clear blue skies they occupy ensure warm sunny days between the monsoons.

The elevation of the area guarantees a welcome reduction in temperature from the heat of the plains for the baked and weary traveller. Forays in Satpura National Park can be arranged which is both a wild and tranquil world apart. If you must pull yourself away from Pachmarhi many other parks are within a day's drive. We'd like to share our work and plans with you but rest assured that whatever you do in Pachmarhi, it will be memorable and significant for the future of tigers in the wild.

How much does it cost?
£199 per week - full board - every pound goes towards supporting the work of Lifeforce in the field.
